We hope to see you at the second installment of Northwestern Contra! The dance is being held at 600 Haven St. in the Great Room. Ample parking is available in the parking lot across the street (West side of Sheridan). The lesson will be at 6:45pm; dance at 7:00pm. Board members will be outside before the event to assist in finding the location.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
No partner or dance experience required; all dances are taught by the caller. Anyone is welcome to come enjoy the evening, and a partner is not required.
Entry fee is $5 for students and $8-10 for general public.
Andrea Craft will be calling, and the band will be Suite for the Feet.
This month’s Queer Contra Dance takes place on Saturday, April 21, 2018. In the heart of Boystown on the last Saturday of each month friends come together to dance to live music. Bring your friends and out-of-town guests to experience this uniquely queer, inclusive dance at the Second Unitarian Church, 656 W Barry Ave.

The dance hall is on the second floor, up ~1.5 flights of stairs. There is no elevator to this part of the facility. The dance hall has plenty of seats and has gender-inclusive restrooms. Please reach out if we can help with accessibility needs.
